Sold us a defective key - The Jeep says so - and they pushed back, saying we must have damaged the key. WE HAD THE FIRSST KEY FOR ALMNOST A DECADE - I DON'T THINK SO. As I write this, they are trying to collect yet another $200 for ANOTHER Key, even though we know they'll get full credit for the shitty one they sold me. RUN away from this company. Crooks all.
