I was on a vacation in NYC, and decided to get a tattoo done. I chose to go to Red Rocket tattoo, and I was first and foremost very pleased by the service there. However, one week later I noticed that they missed a spot on my tattoo, and therefore I went back, so they could check it out and fix it before going back to Denmark the following day. They were very rude, and said that they couldn’t do anything about it for at least a month, and almost implied that I, myself, was at fault. Now I have to go back and pay someone else... read more
My friend from Scotland & I have been meeting in NYC since 2009. We wanted to memorialize our wonderful memories with matching tattoos of the NYC skyline. We brought our idea to the appointment & Greg put our idea together perfectly! He was fab - professional, friendly, and of course, extremely talented!! The studio is top notch - clean, nicely decorated, welcoming. Highly recommend!!!
I wanted to get a tattoo while in the city for New Years and I only had a very short window when I would be free. The staff was very helpful through email setting up my appointment. Greg, the artist, was very friendly and professional. He made the experience fast and easy.
Super friendly staff and absolutely amazing artists! I visited from RI because a friend was making a guest appearance from SoCal but would make the trip again in a heartbeat! Thank you to everyone there for making me feel like family!
