I went to Red Rock yesterday to establish both of my cats as new patients, and I am so impressed with how they handled everything from start to finish! I brought both of my cats in for their exams - Momo, my Ragdoll, and Chloe, my tabby. Chloe has pretty severe anxiety when it comes to vet visits, so we really appreciated being able to stay in the car with them until it was time for their appointments. Excellent service, love this vet and office staff!
I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I feel I've had poor experience after poor experience with vets and I have a dog who gets very anxious at the vet due to having a bad experience at other places. I took my dog in here for the first time today, and everyone was so nice, the vet we saw was so knowledgeable and nice and they took the time to make sure my dog was OK. I did hours of research prior to coming here and would love to save some time for anyone looking for a vet- I highly recommend coming here! I was searching for an office that had a reputation for being compassionate, knowledgeable, capable, trustworthy, and willing to listen.
