Thank you to the wonderful staff! Gal that took order was AMAZING, the delivery driver was new but was also AMAZING. The pizza was phenomenal!!
Id had their pizza once a very long time ago, it was very very good, then we went in the restaurant it wasn't very good at all, got home Friday after a long week of camping decided to try it again, had a discount coupon from the time before. I couldn't remember the name of the pizza? They had it in the computer, the red rock special. Wes very good again.
New to the neighbourhood and Just picked an Extra Large Wolfpack Pizza for 2 teenagers.. The service was excellent and the Staff at PF were courteous and friendly.. Looks like no more Lil Caesar's or Dominos for this household.. Thanks for the Welcome, Pizza Factory! Kona

Ordered online.... Said pizza will be delivered in one hour. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I call and got a guy on the phone named Tyler, I asked him how much longer for my delivery and he said they were short handed and slammed and I said that is not my concern..... How much longer.... 30 more minutes. First off, shame on me I should of ordered from the Village Grill. If I would have my family would already be full and happy. A series of events beyond our control caused deliveries to be delayed and the staff is doing there best to handle the situation. Went in for the first time and I was blown away whit the flavor the salads bar was super clean and fresh costumer service was excellent thanks guys/girls good job
Just had sandwiches delivered and they were amazing. You forever have our business.
As a truck driver it's very difficult too find decent food this place blew me away with the awesome service and decently price food plus they welcome truckers with just are tractor no trailer but it's kinda small but most companies just shove us away I'll definitely be back again
Their lunch buffet is horrible. They put out a few pizzas with nothing I would want and when asked if they were going to be putting anything else out they said NO. Obviously they don't really care about taking care of their customers.
