I love red rock because they get my med ready and they bring it to the office and I love that they are fast and never proponents and they did a good job I appreciate that they brought it

I experienced an exceptionally poor standard of customer service. The individual who contacted me displayed aggressive and disrespectful behavior, declining to identify himself or allow me to speak with a supervisor or account manager. When I raised the point that I had not been informed about additional charges for "bubble-wrapped" medication for my father, his response was, "it wasn't his fault I don't know how to read."
