We had a consultation with Dr. Lisa. All the staff is extremely kind and very good with children. Unfortunately, the main issue was the doctor’s attitude. While she was “polite,” it felt as though she was doing us a favor rather than trying to understand why we were there. Apparently, if you don’t arrive with a serious or obvious condition, you are not entitled to explanations or to be treated as an “intelligent” person. After 1.5 years of consultation I recently had eye surgery to correct a lazy eye that came on abruptly. Yes the clinic is busy, yes the wait times can be long, but that’s only because they are clearly seeing as many patients as they can. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Lagrou’s clinic to anyone. The staff clearly care and Dr Lagrou did an outstanding job correcting my issue. Thank you so much team!

had cataract surgery done by dr lagrou due to me having tourette’s she had to do it at rockyview to be put under. she was and is very understanding patient and respectfull it’s a pleasure going to her office as the staff are friendly and acomadating and your not in a waiting room of 10 other doctors and dozens of people waiting. i’m very assured dr lagrou gives the finest care available. thk you dr.
