It’s unfortunate that I am just now seeing these reviews or I would have likely passed on doing business with them. Rhonda is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been literally yelled at by both Rosie and Rhonda. Life is stressful enough, and I HATE moving, but I would rather move again then to continue to deal with them. I can definitely recommend Red Rock P.M.! Rosie & Rhonda were a pleasure to work with. Bart is an excellent maintenance man too! Rosie was always there to answer our questions and quick to respond to maintenance requests. Bart was very professional and does quality work. My wife & I will miss our rental with them and wish them the best.
Terrible company, absolutely ZERO concern for their tenants, we paid on time every month, were stellar renters, didn't miss a single payment throughout the pandemic, never late... a for our efforts, got kicked out when the rental market got hot and on top of that they tried to keep our security deposit! Don't do business with these people, they will try to scr*w you over!
