I took out a homeowners policy from this company last year. I received no renewal notices or any sort of outreach after the year was up. Turns out my policy lapsed and my bank took out an extremely expensive policy on my behalf. I've attempted to contact them by phone and email for over a week to get some answers and get no reply. Take your business elsewhere.

Never got my renewal or anything else now the sudden i am out of insurance for 1 day and paying a $250 fine when Charles worked there it was great never had an issue. not impressed with new staff alot of excuses been there almost 20 years never had a problem till now. Time to leave this place .
