I have had great experiences with the service department at Red Rock Honda, great customer service.
This review is for the service department, not sales. Took my Honda CRV in for oil change and tire rotation. I bought my car from Fuoco - before Red Rock bought them out. I had a prepaid maintenance card which Red Rock honored for a fraction of the agreed maintenance. This time (6-3-24) they said they would no longer honor it but I could buy in to the WFM package for $99.95 and they said they comped my oil change and tire rotation. The two stars is generous . They are as typical of a used car place as you get. They make you think you’re getting a good deal and they’re working with you and then you find out ya got screwed later. I ended up buying my car about $5000 more than what the bluebook price was. I should’ve looked before I went. Also, they talked me into financing it so they could “get me a better price” but that ended up actually costing more money I paid the the lender in fees even though I paid off the entire loan a month after I purchased it... read more
