Not easy to work with. Had a seller who's HOA they manage. Took forever to get HOA statement to the attorney. When asked what the hold up was the attorney said no rush fee was paid. Rush fee offered and they declined saying the request was in their queue. Ridiculous! Takes 2 minutes to pull up a homeowners statement and email it.
I am very pleased with my recent interaction with Kayla from Red Rock. She addressed all of my concerns and I could tell that she actually cared.
