Used truck was not serviced prior to being placed on the lot for sale. and sales person was evasive. Salesman told me the truck was purchased from them originally, but I found history it was not. Said they did a 150 point inspection but would not provide the documentation. I found several personal items belonging to the previous owner, but salesman didn't care. reading so many reviews from other people about Jenete, who was the same lady who was a bully. With this many people complaining, you would think she would change. She was horrible—these people hold your card, never touch it, then charge you hundreds of dollars, claiming labor. Never go here. lazy, thieving bullies—bad, bad, bad service
they stole my money never fixed my car on time -- made me loose time at work, and bullied me, having to go back to them multiple times the way they kept messing with my car—adding labor hours and constantly switching sensors and parts like they did note ven know what they were doing.
Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. We bought a Yukon from Fremont Motors in Nov. 2020. Fremont had a yearend special and shouldn't pass this opportunity up. There were a couple of issues with the seats and drivers side panel that needed to be repaired before we could take possession. It took 3 months before we got our vehicle. We were talked into a bumper-to-bumper warranty. We moved out of state and had an engine issue May 8th. We dropped it off at a certified mechanic shop. I have taken my 2025 f350 into the dealership 5 times to find out why there is a clanking sound in the frontend. They have still not figured out the problem. They said they will call me when they think about it and then schedule another appointment. Yesterday I waited an hour before the tech started to look at it. I think they are staying busy making money off the warranty work at my expense. I strongly suggest you by elsewhere.
