Service related issue only here, we bought a vehicle from a sister red rock company out of grand forks… unit we bought arrived with a shimmy. We told them this and after continuous complaints they finally got it in months later for a new transmission at red rock gmc. They swapped a new transmission and we received the vehicle back with a hood latch error and it wouldn’t let us use our cruise control. Terrible customer service, waiting on vehicle parts for 2 months. All they do is transfer me from department to department because no one knows the answer. Really annoying, do better.
