Wow!! This company has a new truckmount that really dries in less than two hours! I called to get service and was greeted with a nice person on the phone that was very helpful. I scheduled my apointment and the technician that arrived was very knowledgable and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone who cares about their carpet without hesitation!!! A+++++
What a mess! – Red Rock Chem Dry was scheduled to clean our carpets on a recent Saturday afternoon. We had used them before. We wanted them to clean a living room, small dining area and the hallway. They showed up one hour past the scheduled time. There were only 2 chairs in the living room, yet they persisted that they had to be moved.
