Two coworkers of mine (who were in Utah on a business trip) were asked for their passports before they were given service. Not cool.

Ordered the cod fish & chips. Not sure if that's what we actually got, but we got charged for the halibut fish & chips. Since we were in a hurry and the service was extremely slow, we didn't have time to get the check corrected.
