Place is a joke!!! You can tell them you want to off yourself and they won’t help without proof of income. Sent me home for two more days with no meds just to bring me back up there to say they needed income proof. I provided my statement which hasn’t changed and because it was from last yr it wouldn’t work. If your in dire need of help go to the er not this place

Two female workers in a male workers hateful they're laying on the floors and the cement my husband's been there since Saturday and nobody's going to talk to me and I'm on his record and he's got high blood pressure he has high cholesterol and he has a toothache and an ear infection and she has been calling me back Saturday and I just talked to one of the case managers today but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
if i could leave less than a single star, i would. my boyfriend was admitted to the crisis unit as he's had severe insomnia and sleep problems since november of 2025. he had gone to the ER out of desperation and because of his mental health struggles they recommended a 72 hour hold and said they'd get meds to him that should help. he agrees and is admitted only for the meds that they give him to be anti-anxiety (which is not the cause of his lack of sleep) and, i shit you not, a MELATONIN. if a bit of anxiety meds and melato... read more
I went to the mental hospital in Shawnee and just came back, and oh dear LORD the issues are just astounding. First off, I told them of my preferred name when I first arrived, and they put it in my profile. Alright, no issue. Except, I had to then tell every single staff member who saw me since what my preferred name was.
