We have been going to red rock for 2 months my grand daughter has yet to see an actual physiologist I’m sure they are charging the insurance company for her seeing a physiologist visit I will b contacting the insurance company after I write this also 2x now they have not been able to fill here prescriptions so I have had to take her to another Dr to get her meds went for her appointment just ton told they don’t know when she will be assigned a Dr or when she will get her meds and don’t know when she will see an actual physio... read more

The operator that answers the phone is lazy and rude! I called this morning to change the appointment time. I specifically asked to keep the same therapist because my son likes her. She kept saying she didn’t know who he was scheduled with and kept giving me the run around. This place needs people that care to answer the phone.
People here are nice overall. It's just getting overwhelming at this point to show up on time for our appointments to still have to sit here and wait 15-30 minutes after our appointment time because people poorly plan out their schedules here. I am a single mom with multiple kids. I need people to be accountable and on time for my life to continue to run smoothly. Considering other programs here because of this inconvenience
Got in contact to try and get my child in for services he desperately needs. They were supposed to call me back but never did. Made several attempts to get a hold of someone to get my child enrolled but the only thing I could get out of them is "we're so sorry I'll have someone call you within the hour" and they never called.
