Wonderful office. The staff here is attentive and works hard to help you get what you need.
I love my doctors so much they are truly the best I would recommend them any day!! But the staff is so rude and never answer the phone so it makes it kinda hard to even see your doctor. I leave voicemail after voicemails and never get a call back. It’s so annoying people are dealing with mental health here like come on get better or hire better staff.
This place is disorganized the front desk lady is mean and unwelcoming and is great at making you feel stupid and like a burden. I notified them of when something important was supposed to happen (a med) and they are late.. I have been trying to get a supervisor to call me for 3 weeks now and still no call.. They are going to ruin all the hard work Shawnee has done for us. This place is horrific if I could give negative stars I would. I absolutely love Red Rock and our staff is absolutely amazing.
I would not recommend them to anyone suffering from mental health issues. This office did nothing but waste my time.
