Great place! I have my first appointment on the 19th coming up. But so far everyone has been nice and informative. Will let yall know how it works!
Our child was here and Red rock told us lies about how long our child was going to be here . Red rock told us that our child could be here for 7 days and if our child needed more help that it would be longer . That was a lie . They shipped our child over to another Behavioral Health Service company and said we would not have a choice about it to bring our child home . We would also call Red rock to try to find out about our childs warefare and our calls went unanswered . Don't take your child here you may not get them back .
it was ok i stayed in the crisis unit for 7 days the counseling was horrible but everything else was fairly good the doctor was very good and cared about us all the staff were kind of just there the only thing i hated was we had to share clothes and everything and we couldnt talk about why we were there but overall it was a fairly good experience
I have no comparisons but for me everyone was really helpful and kind. It turned out to be a very good experience for me even though it was a horrible time in my life. Thanks to the staff!
