Terrible service. Ive seen people miss appointments because LIFE HAPPENS and they ignore calls and messages. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do better.
I had difficulty initially because I assumed I would be prescribed medication right away. I had to wait 3 months for a provider visit, so, in the meantime, I explained to my PCP and was able to get a few safe medications while waiting. I got into a therapist who has helped me beyond measure and is extremely good at her job. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite, nonjudgmental, professional, and helpful to my mental health journey. I have had nothing but HELL since I reached out to them for HELP!! I started my journey with them the last week of June 2024 and YET to get a therapist, all I do is jump through hoops for them and for what??!!! I paid 100.00 to get tested to get a therapist still don't have one!!! I'm done
Red Rock BHS has amazing staff that really care about their clients. They always try to make everyone feel welcome, even on their worst days!
Very nice staff, clean facility, and I feel like I am really getting my foot in the door when it comes to getting better mentally! Staff is very understanding
