Had semi pleasant experiences with the sales team, however Mike Rosland and his team scammed my family out of the Service contract and gap insurance refunding, I have all the paperwork and proof of this. They have done this to multiple people in the area that I know. Sales team was alright but the team Mike Rosland is on uses predatory tactics. They lost our business.
Ever since they worked on my clutch kit, my shifter know has been lose, and can't be tightened because it's stripped. Small thing but definitely annoying.
I have a very easy, and very enjoyable experience while buying my Chevy at this dealership. Every staff member was excellent. And Liz in sales helped tremendously with my purchase experience
