Horrible place to take your truck for any type of repairs. We bought a brand new 2026 truck and after a week it wouldn't start. We called and had it towed to RR Watford, where it sat for almost two weeks and they never touched it until we got in contact with a senior VP of Dodge/Ram to make them look at it. Go elsewhere, not only will you save money, you'll get better service.
Over all extremely happy the experience she made my whole experience with the dealership that much better! Thanks liz!
