They have a good crew up there. they honestly care about the vehicals and people who own them. and the have free coffee, hot chocolate and cappuccino

Family owned operated and valued
This place likes to prey on the elderly. In-laws had a passenger side headlight out on their HHR. They took it Red rock auto to get it replaced since I was out of town for work. They get the car back and was charged 125 dollars to replace a 15 dollar light bulb. Father-in-law asked why it was so much. He was rudely told cause they had to put it on the lift and take the tire off and remove all the inner fender liner to get to the bulb. One week later I get back and drivers side is out. Today I took my car to Red Rock after messing up my heat shield. They saved my day. Not only were they the most accommodating, but they had EXCELLENT customer service and were extremely fast! I will be coming back for my next oil change! Huge kudos for keeping your customer service top notch and for getting my car fixed.
Everyone was so friendly and had me in and out quickly. I will definitely do business with them in the future.
I called on Monday to get our vehicle in and they got me in on Wednesday. They called us before doing any work on our vehicle with a quote and completed all of the vehicle’s repairs the day of! Very good customer service. Quick and efficient!
Red Rock is the only place I’ll take our vehicles! Always courteous, honest, and dependable!
Horrible customer service! Wanted a quote, quoted $600 for a $25 part. Then when we decided to go elsewhere, they suddenly made us pay $105 to get our vehicle back. They never discussed that there would be a lift fee. The guy on the phone hung up on us and refused to discuss anything over the phone.
