I spoke to the contractor 2 weeks before Thanksgiving about a firewood delivery and agreed on a possible delivery before thanksgiving if a truck was available. I called again after Christmas and requested a call back even if he could not honor the delivery. I have not received a phone call since. Poor customer service. I will get wood elsewhere.
