We came in first thing on Mother’s Day, when they first opened. We had an issue with the host being rude, we talked to the manager and he handled it very well. You can tell he cares which is nice to see, service was good from our server. Food was great. Host was nice after and even apologized.

We are from Washington and came on vacation to visit the safari in this beautiful city. We stayed in Roseburg because it was highly recommended to us. It was also my husband’s birthday, and he loves Red Robin. We are Latino, but we have lived in the United States for many years and are now U.S. citizens. Both times we've had a big group of people try to eat there, and the first time we were refused, told us we needed to make a in person reservation. Annoying, but whatever. Second, my dad went and was laughed at being told they don't do reservations. Seriously rude service and it's a shame because I love the food here.

Rude and lying customer service. 2 attempts at having groups eat there and both have been utter failures! Your business is to feed people and your can't get it right! Go learn some customer service from the taco bell kiosks or something!
