Good service Good food
The so called manager Kayla is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t belong in management much less any type of customer service. Perhaps she would be a better fit behind the scenes in the kitchen or perhaps a janitor. I will never visit this establishment again. There are much better burger places such as McDonalds. The Servers here are clueless and inexperienced.
Well first the waitress came by and apologized for not taking our menu's and we hadn't even ordered yet. Second my daughter and I ordered burger meals with garlic fries. Neither one of our burgers was right and we got regular fries instead of garlic fries. After a wait we finally got our garlic fries. Anything we needed was a wait to receive it. This was my first time eating there and what a disappointment it was. Need to get better handle on the kitchen staff. And it was not busy enough for all the mistakes that was made.
Red Robin’s will always be my favorite burger place to go to! Unlimited fries is the best option to get with your burger and it’s all for $9.99 with a drink!
