Kind of rundown and they were out of all beers and some appetizers. Weird.
Our worst experience at a Red Robin ever. It was not crowded or busy but my burger was overcooked and my brioche bun was dried out because my burger sat under a heat lamp too long. There was a lot of confusion on the server's part as our bill wound up at the table next to us. The server tried to fix it three times and the manager on duty was obviously frustrated. All in all this was our worst visit to Red Robin. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I ordered takeout and not only was my burger wrong it arrived looking like a bite was taken.
