Stopped in today for lunch with a colleague and was reminded of the consistently high quality this establishment offers. The food was excellent, and the service was equally impressive. I would like to specifically recognize Emily for her professionalism, attentiveness, and courteous demeanor. She contributed greatly to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. I look forward to returning.
The only Red Robin I've been to that DOES NOT do employee discounts. The manager on duty denied our employee discount even when presented with the employee number and proof. Pure laziness on the managers end. So 1 star for that.
Poor service. Food was cold. Under staffed. Manager was sarcastic. We will not be going back
