My family of four waited for almost 10 minutes before anyone would would acknowledge us at the hostess stand. The restaurant was placing priority for to-go orders so we just ended up leaving. Can't tell if anyone is managing the store.
Service was really bad feeling was like we were unwelcome guest came to restaurant. They advertise side bottomless but take 30 min to refill. It was my son’s birthday and he likes Red Robin. Burger presentation was also poor. And seems like staff was not happy.
We were left sitting at our table for 20 minutes without anyone greeting us, taking our drink order, or even acknowledging that we were there. There was no communication at all, so we decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Before leaving, we let the manager know why we were walking out, but he seemed completely unconcerned. It was very disappointing, and unfortunately, this experience left us with a poor impression of the restaurant. In short do go on a Saturday night if you would like to Eat
First time going to Red Robin in over a decade. It was ok, fine, nothing great, fries were over cooked. Root beer float was good.
