8/26/2025 about 1:15 pm went to Red Robin with wife and grandkids. At the front desk was an elderly man who never looked up or even said hello. Apparently he was occupied with take out orders. After standing there for a few minutes and with the line growing behind us we left and went to another restaurant.
I wanted a burger. Specifically a Red Robin burger. Now usually we go to the one in Latham which the last few times were disappointing. I am SO glad my daughter decided to drive to this one in Clifton Park. Sat in that bar area and were greeted immediately by the lovely bartender Alanna. She took helped decide on drinks with great choices and took our order. The waitress was friendly and payed attention to glunten fee person and very nice to the children.
Service was fast ... good was good . Megan was very friendly
