I hadn't been in a couple of years and I wanted to give it another shot as my last one was pretty bad. Unfortunately I think this one was worse. My lemonade was good! The server screwed up a couple of things of our order, in particular my husband's side, then charged us for the extra side when she never brought us the right one to begin with (he had ordered sweet potato fries to begin with, and we received kind of lukewarm steak fries for his). Had a disappointing experience at Red Robin. The prices were shockingly high for what you get—burgers, sides and drinks cost way more than comparable places, and the value just isn’t there. The service was slow; we waited far too long for our food, and the staff seemed disorganized. Worst of all, the employees were rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome, especially my kids, who were upset by the attitude. Experience was a costly letdown. Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.
