ordered food, server forgot to entirely put our order in, waited a whole hour until they realized that our order wasn’t in. ended up leaving.
I’m writing this while in the restaurant. Our waitress is very kind. We got here, had a normal 15 minute wait. When we were sitting it took a couple minutes for her to actually take our drink order. We got our drinks along with our appetizer. When we grabbed our plates all of them were dirty. My straw had many bends in it but I didn’t mind. I called and asked how long the wait is for 2 people, they told us 10 minutes and we got there literally right when we hung up. We walked in and waited 5 minutes, nobody came to put us down for a table, they kept looking at us and/or were walking by. Didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing at the desk for a while, so we ended up leaving. Definitely need better customer service and staff need to be more attentive to those who walk in.
