As someone who has worked in the service industry for over five years, I rarely feel compelled to write a negative review, but my recent visit to this Red Robin left me genuinely shocked. Food was terrible. We did get there later than usual about an hour and 15 minutes before closing time. Took a long time to seat 3 people and to get our food. They were out of the appetisers that we wanted and sent over 4 different waitresses and waiters serving different things. They acted like we were a problem and were bothering THEM.
