food came out cold, had to send food back multiple times, was given stale onion rings that were on the warming tray since we had walked in- about 30 minutes after we walked in. Chicken tenders came out cold and rubbery. Tables who were in the bar that came in 10 minutes after us got their food faster than our table while we waited almost an hour for a burger and chicken tenders that came out cold and overcooked.
Pretty disappointed in RR. We try to support this restaurant but over the last 6 months it's going down. It's not just lack of workers, which I see is absolutely apparent. They are turning away people and saying 45 min to an hour wait but it's really 10 min. This company is losing customers. 3 staff members stand up front on their phones when 2 could be helping in other areas. It seems there is no manager on staff. Placed online order to have them say they did not receive anything multiple times and were very rude each time. Spend your money elsewhere
