Me and my husband are extremely dissatisfied with the manager Khiry Watkins and server Sarah. We waited way longer than we should have because the chefs messed up our order. I had such a great experience at this Red Robin! From the moment we walked in, every worker we encountered had a smile on their face, which set such a welcoming tone. Our waitress, Ainsley, was absolutely wonderful—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have to eat gluten free, and she took the time to reassure me about their gluten free protocols, which gave me so much peace of mind. Am eating here now. Fries were too salty and my chicken sandwich was burnt and salty to the point where I just vomited in the bathroom. Having to pay $45 dollars for food that made me sick was too much.
