Disappointed never had such a bad time here came on Mother’s Day (( it really wasn’t that packed )) so much went wrong.. 1st we got our to go order before we even got our appetizer, when they say pink or no pink they just mean well done.. like why ask then if it’s going to be burnt on the outside and fully done on the inside.. and then we get refills at the end when we’re done eating.. pretty upset.
Had a great time on mother's day 05/09/2026 . My husband took me and my kiddos to eat at Red Robin we sure did had a lot of options around the area to eat but I choice Red Robin and it was a great experience ever the food was on point the shakes was so delicious my kids had a great time and enjoyed their food my husband got the honey grill chicken sandwich and it was on point!. Came in for dinner, ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the fries were crispy and salty simply delicious. My complaint is that the service left much to be desired, after the waitress brought the food, the staff basically ignored us. Not once did they stop to ask if we needed refills on drinks and supposedly bottomless sides. Overall impression, great food, terrible service
