I came in to Red Robin with a no wait time, immediately seated. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time I got there. but it took me to 10 min to wait on a server and i had to get up and tell the hostess that where was the servers (while a group of servers was just standing and talking in a corner). The food was just an okay quality when I got my burgers they weren’t hot, and the servers didn’t checked up on my girlfriend and I after setting the food. I love Red Robin and received the best service from Alicia. It’s always great when the people are pleasant along with the food. The manager Brady came over, he was friendly, and I was able to share with him about my satisfaction.
Stephanie was AWESOME. She was friendly and very personable. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even gave recommendations when we didn't know what to choose. Stephanie made the experience great.
Amazing food and service. The manager goes above and beyond. They even gave out gifts to all the mothers on Mother's on Mother's Day (a candle and mug) how incredibly thoughtful! Not to mention the burgers and fries were top notch.
