I went into this establishment yesterday. Yes I made a mistake by ordering my food for 5:30 but i also called at 4:45 to modify my order as the order says. i checked out as a guest so i couldnt cancel my order. All the managers were great expect the GM he was a rude and nasty I can hear from the tables him talking about other employees in a bad way to his other employee . He should not be a GM there. Also income in there every week and don’t ever see him and I’ve met with all the managers that comes to my table when I eat there . I just think A GM SHOULD NOT BE TALKING ABOUT ANY EMPLOYEES and just to hear that was unacceptable and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO RED ROBIN

When you have employees using slurs, that should be an embarrassment. The general manager thinks it's hilarious. I will not be returning to this red robbin. How can a large chain, that recently closed down many locations, leave this location with this type of horrible behavior? Close down the store at this point. People aren't safe here anymore.
