Always wanted to try a Red Robin. This was excellent! Will be back.
My child has a severe food allergy and I have to be very cautious about where we eat out. Katie and Jonathan at Red Robin in Chantilly were so nice and accommodating; making sure I was able to choose a meal from a modified menu and Katie herself even cooked the meal to insure there was no cross contamination. Way above the level of customer service we get anywhere else. I left there a very happy customer and I know we'll be back there again soon. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those with food allergies.
Service was great! Went yesterday for my birthday. It was my first time... I loved it. Had the salted caramel shake... it was delicious. Don't remember the burger name but it was awesome. It was Cooked perfectly, was super juicy. Overall everything was perfect.
Very decent burgers. Friendly staff. Overall we had a good time.
