What happened to RR?! I have eaten at the RR in Wilmington, nc. Absolutely amazing burger there. Ate this past Friday at the RR in Apex, NC, just the opposite. The burger was like chewing paper, it wasn't cooked to my specification, the onion straws on my burger was mostly the outside onion skin. The burger was not the thick and juicy burger you'd expect from a place that majors on burgers! It was horrible. And for the life of me, I couldn't figure out why it was so busy!?

RUDE STAFF. The bartender Renee threw her pen at me, she gave me my take-out shake without a lid and covered in shake, and had a nasty mouth. She did not care. I brought up the horrible customer service and her rude attitude but nothing was done. There is a FIVE GUYS BURGERS across the street and if you insist, the next nearest RED ROBIN is at 1604 & 251 in the Northwoods shopping center--go there instead.

Really Good Burger. For the Price you can't beat the quantity and quality.
People go here expecting the world and its a burger joint. I love this place! laid back and the food is great. If they mess up occasionally they fix it right away and usually never charge if its a big deal.
Good burgers – Had a very good experience. they made my burger exactly as I requested, and I asked for the fries to be well done so they would be crispy, and they were. Great taste. Waiter was friendly, but not too in our face.
My Family and I love to eat at Red Robin. However, This location doesn't have nearly enough parking spots for how big the restaurant is. In fact, there neighbor is Denny's whom has parking and no need for it. There is a problem with all of the streets that surround this downtown location and the need to keep you children safe just trying to access the restaurant.
