Was ok, i was hungry and was in no rush. But the service was slow and it took some time before the food arrived at my table.
Had a late lunch with my 93 yr old mom on a Friday afternoon. Not crowded, fast service and great food.
We had a great time last night even though it was a Friday and very busy. The waitress brought us a round of fries to cover the lateness of the meal but she was very courteous and we had great food and drink. Thanks to Karmen for your service at this busy time
I've been going to Red Robin since they were at Bayfair mall in SanLeandro...its usually a house salad drowned in a combination of Bleu Cheese & Ranch Salad dressing with extra fresh bacon bits.,A Royal Red Robin Burger, & a "flat on ur beak" to drink �
Appetizers were cold, our food took close to an hour, every table around us came in after us and we're finished before our food came, my son never got his drink. Disappointing!
Extremely disappointed today my best friend, my daughter and myself went to the restaurant and we waited 45 minutes for our appetizers and they were COLD. And all we ordered was 2 appetizers and a kids meal.I won't be returning! I use to come there once a month but not anymore.
