When my daughter came for a visit, this was the first place she wanted to eat at. No Red Robin, in Tucson Az.
Literally the worst service of any chain restaurant ever. It took 15 minutes for my drink to come out and after finishing all my appetizers dying of thirst no one even offered water or to clear the table. As I quickly became frustrated at having to wait for anything to be done I decided to act on my own. I took it upon myself to put myself in their Payless shoes and do their job. My daughter wanted to go to Red Robin for her birthday dinner. After being seated and being ignored for 15 minutes, my husband went up to the desk and asked for some service. Ashley came over about 5 minutes later - we were clearly a party of 5 - she brought 4 forks and 4 napkins. I knew my dinner wouldn't require a fork so I didn't say anything. I took my kids there last night, and it took forever to get our food Then when we finally got it, we asked for some of their specialty sauce, also a refill of their fries, garlic herb fries, fruit and broccoli. We were told it was coming up in two minutes for 45 minutes, it never happened. We left there and went to McDonald's because the kids were still hungry. We couldn't even get a refill of water. Pathetic, go anywhere else for customer satisfaction!
