Incredibly rude server. Slow service and incomplete order. The Red Robin in San Bruno has gone down hill to the point I will no longer be a guest there.
We came in on a Monday, and the place we visited was under staffed and we saw plenty of open tables but the hostess was too busy to welcome us and get seated. I don't know what happened to this place, I used to love to eat here, now it's really gone down hill
