My wedge wasn't cooked all the way and I said no guacamole and the bacon had guacamole on it and they scrapped it off. I wasn't satisfied this time around

Love the food. Love the reward program. Love the staff at the restaurant. Hate the call center. Very impersonal. Can’t understand some of the order takers and they constantly repeat the order back incorrectly.
