Had to stop a waiter to get our drink refills and only was checked on once throughout our whole time we were there.
We waited for 1 hour and 15 mins they kept saying they have a table for us and just needed to be cleaned another 10 minutes later they said they are still trying to figure out our tables. During the wait time they have seated a lot of tables. Such a disappointment!
today I had red Robin for the first time and had the absolute nicest server I've ever had! Sean was very very nice and the food was Soo good!
My family and I visited over spring break. Used to be one of our children’s favorite places to go. My 16 year old said I would have rather eaten at home. It has really gone downhill for quite a while now. We will not return.
Service was great everyone was on point
I have order the whiskey burger with French fries and a side order of sweet potatoes fried . When I got home I did not see the French fries , just the burger and sweet potato fries. Every chicken buffalo was so small and the all you can potatoes fries portion is smaller then before. I ordered the cookies and cream shake to go and got chocolate instead. Smh
I ordered raspberry tea got lemonade, ordered crispy chicken sandwich got grill. how much can you screw up in one order
