I usually enjoy going to Red Robin. However, tonight I had to wait a super long time for our food. They lost my ticket in the kitchen and so I was forced to wait longer. However, when I adressed this with the manager she seemed to not care. She comped by husband's meal because his food was cold.But, not my food. I will not be returning to this Red Robin. It was the store's fault so I feel like I should have gotten better service.
Great atmosphere service was great just needs to focus on orders asked for a bonsai burger got something else. Was to hungery to have it fixed. Has not changed my love for the place. Will come back and tell friends and family food rocks here .
Terrible service, the food came out cold, and the tablet charge is not appreciated. That was my last visit to your establishment.
Don't order the oktoberfest special. It is not a pretzel bun. The result fails expectations
The manager, Gary was a jerk. My wife had her Birthday today, and signed up for Red crappy Robin Birthday loyalty FREE burger. We couldn't access the FREE burger code even though he saw we were members. Gary didn't acknowledge the loyalty Burger, nor even verify her Birthday. How would you feel about letting your best friend cry over a burger??? He dismissed us like we weren't guests. We have done this for years, and now the last. Literally, the worst Management ever!!!
