currently here at the restraunt. Our fiod was made incorrectly and had to wait for new food. During this time we finished our drinks, and were not offered refills even once. We attempted to get our servers attention more than 3 times to ask for refills of our drinks and bottomless sides. NO LUCK WHAT SO EVER. They were not busy when we arrived. We got right in and were plenty of empty tables, so the volume of patrons was not the issue. Charged full price for less than adequate servings of food and service.
We were very disappointed in the servicecand quality of the food at this Red Robin. We will not be eating here in the future!
Enjoyed my free birthday burger at my local Red Robin. My husband and I sat at the bar and Jonah, our bartender, was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit!!
Food was good, service was horrible. Waited 10 min before even ordering drinks. Then good took another 35-40 mins & there was only 3 other tables in the whole restaurant.
