I agree with most all on here it cost to much for what you get there not actually breaking the bank with giving us free fries trust me its not worth the ten to fifteen bucks your paying for one lousy burger!! it is a over rated farrell's but even farrell's was better than this place. i would rather stand in line at Dick's and get more for less that taste better.
Great food, and service – The food here is great. The prices are average, a little high, but fair. The service is terrific!
OH my god, Best Burger EVER!! – Okay, so I ate here the other night with some friends, and I LOVE Their burgers. I had the Hawaiian Burger and it was incredible. The decor in the restaurant is a little TGI Fridayish; but the food is great. I also had a bite of my friends burger, and it was great; he had the southwest burger, and it was a keeper as well. You can't go wrong with this place, highly recommend it.
Free Fries – The burger are good, not great. They only difference with Red Robin and a fast food burger is you can get a Red Robin burger with several different toppings. The unlimited fries are just delicious. Beware, it is very expensive for a Burger!
Excellent Service! – The hostess Courtney seated me almost immediately and was very friendly. Great food, amazing atmosphere. I love the retro look! It makes me feel young. Highly recommend Red Robin. Great place for the whole family.
Pretty much the most awful place ever – I used to eat here all the time years and years ago. I even knew the manager. After he left things have gone to crap at this place. Service is awful, food is awful. I have waited for my food for over an hour on 3 separate occasions. I am done giving them chances. Too bad too many times.
Thumbs down all the all! – A bunch of unexperience people working there. The food, service, and the whole experience were very upsetting. I'm go to McDondald's for my burgers next time. Will never go back to this restaurant again even if the food is free! Manager was rude as i tried to explain to her. Not a very good listener. This place should go be out of business so.
Great menu for everyone – I love their bbq chickent wraps, but it is great because I can meet clients there and not have to worry about menu selection. There is something for everyone.
The positives: I really like the burgers here. They are the best burgers you can get from a sit-down place. The atmosphere is really neat. Place looks cool. The negatives: The price is really high. The servers here were average, but not overly friendly. They were alright, but not very prompt. The place was not very packed. We went there approx 2PM. The approx visit was early April 2010.
