Disappointed customer – My husband and I go to Red Robin at Bridge Street ONLY because our three little boys LOVE it. But the service and upkeep of this restaurant are horrible!!! Of all the restaurants we go to, it's the worst by far. I honestly don't think they will be around much longer if they don't make some improvements. Great – I really have never had a bad meal here. The food is predictably good. A little hard to hear conversation when it's crowded. Recently, my son left his retainer in a napkin on the table. We didn't know until we got home, call the restaurant and the hostess actually went through the garbage to find it. Now that's service!!

Red Robin "iagggggggg" – I was only 2 minutes away from Chillis, why did we decided to try something new!! When we arrived we where told to wait 10 minutes. Sooo we wait, when they took us to our table the place was empty inside. I count more than 15 tables empty.... The waitres was very nice, I was no complais about her. Then we got our food... the hamburger had no taste at all!! NONE! my husband food either, the onion rings should be called "oil rings" Will not go back, not even if they offer free food!! NOT A FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT – I have been a loyal 30 year customer of Red Robin and this location was great most of the time but not now they are not wanting to run a family establishment kidz are not allowed in the bar area where there are more TVs to watch and they close at 10 PM most nights they are not a full service bar per say they don't offer liquors that are not cheap and if they wanted to turn the bar into a 21 plus area then they should have started that from the beginning of time and carry more drinks for the adult... read more

Rude Robin – I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years and I am normally understanding of a "bad night" but our server couldn't have been more rude. He said ten words to us at the most the entire hour we were there. He did not refill our drinks and another server brought out our food. my daughter asked the other server for more dressing but did not receive it. At the end of our meal our server ran by and dropped off our check with out saying a word.

Wouldn't go – It took a long time to be waited on. Someone thought that someone else had our table. We told the waitress that it was a birthday and wanted a dessert brought after dinner. Not only did she forget, but she brought the wrong entrees and we had to keep waiting... I reminded another about the birthday but nothing was done and no drink refills. Very disappointing!!!!!

Downhill trajectory – It started with a dried noodle on my glass, and went down from there. Dirty fingerprints all around a 4 yr olds mac n cheese bowl rim, server sniffing over food and holding the food tray in such a way as to press sandwich sides up against her dirty shirt. Topped off with a stack full of dirty cake plates. Yes all of the plates had bits of food on them like when your dishwasher isn't working properly.
