We waited over 30 minutes for our food, screwed up my husbands order, they gave him a different burger and our food is cold. It’s like they forgot us.

My daughter suggested we go to Red Robin on yesterday. I was so unhappy with the service and our meal. My granddaughter and great-granddaughter had lunch with us there . First mistake was my daughter’s order was placed and served incorrectly! They had to reorder her When the orders were brought to our table the sweet potato fries were cold! We usually love Red Robin this was my first time at the Tyler mall location and will probably be my last service sucked really slow and you guys advertise these bottomless fry’s but yea that didn’t happen we ask for on refill took almost 10 mins my daughter asked for one and we’ll at that point we cashed out and left. very disappointed...
