I gave it a high score because the food was great. Best french onion soup I've ever had!! The service however, was lacking. Our server ordered the wrong item for my aunt. She wasn't the one that ran the food so the gentleman that did took care of it. She was no where to be found for refills on fries and drinks, and never apologized for her mistake on the food. Go across the road to in and out burger as it will be served fresh and hot not cold and greesy
Something at this location needs to change!! Service, plain and simple is SHiT. Slow! can't get a refill, or even a napkin with my burger. And this has been an one going problem. I'm hitting the press with this (desert sun, kesq) then maybe we'll see change, or you'll go out of business. In-n-Out is across the street...
Great fill up, watched AL playoffs, endless Sprite and fries, great price.
Their food is awesome. Their employees are great and they open the doors to support our local youth. I've been there for LQHS choir and Deputy Recruits... it's a "family" kind of place.
