DOES NOT RESPECT ADA LAWS AGAINST DISCRIMINATION. If you are medically exempt according to the Governor’s executive order, do not waste your time here. It’s quite sad as we’ve been regular customers for years. The whole family had masks but myself. I’m clearly physically challenged, including using a handicapped placard. I offered to go sit in the car so my husband and son could still celebrate. Unfortunately, the guys decided it best to take our loyalty and our money elsewhere where we are welcomed. RecommendedMy bbq chicken sandwich was delicious! And if course, so were the fries!! The staff was all super friendly and nice. I even got a super cute plate with a Dalmatian on it. I just asked if I could have it and they said "yes"!

Worst service I have ever gotten in a Red Robin, Not only did my order specify two “extra” orders of sweet potato fries meaning the ones on the side you always get after paying for a $14+ Burger but two extra containers of them which I was charged for. Instead we got One extra container of “regular” French fries that looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the container. Terrible service. We ordered our food at 5pm and my husband was waiting for 40 minutes inside the restaurant when people who arrived after him left well before him. We paid online and we were told someone would call us about a refund, and now it’s 830 we haven’t heard from anyone.
RecommendedBrandon location has the best staff. excellent service ever time we go. Our favorite server, Anastasia is the best.
