I went here and the food was cold certain items were off the menu and i wasn't advised and the server got our drinks mixed up and began to sniff them to see which was which... I will never go to a Red Robin again; especially after I told the manager and he did nothing. He didn't even call me back... SMH

Went for carry out. Hostess greeted myself and stated she’d get carry out specialist, after five minutes a woman came out to ask of order maybe under different name, as they couldn’t find it. It was not, a few more minutes pass and she comes back from kitchen, looks in bag at front counter( bag was there since hello 10 minutes-ago), it was the order I was there for.
