The food was good; the service was good; but the music was so loud we could not visit in a normal tone of voice.

Eating at Red Robins on 1604/ Culebra. I havent been here in years.Horrible food and service. Never coming back. The order took forever. Plus burgers and fries were lukewarm. How do you charge $10 plus for a turkey sandwich? Its cheap turkey lunchmeat with one thin slice of avocado. They sure didnt forget to add a butt load of lettuce though. Im really disappointed. Oh well, live and learn.
Our son wanted to eat here for his 4th birthday. After we were done eating, I informed our waitress. She told us that they were way to busy to sing Happy Birthday and maybe the best she could do was get him a sundae. We declined because our waitress made it out to be a hassle. Our son just wanted them to sing Happy Birthday to him. So here is the kicker. We were there at 1400. They weren't busy. As we were leaving, there were waiters standing around doing nothing.
