Called in a simple order 2 Whiskey River Chicken Wraps. We were told they would be ready in 15 minutes so we headed to the restaurant. upon arrival we called to let them know we were outside and ready they said "oh we will let the staff know." 30 minutes go by and we call again... we are still waiting for our order outside. same response oh we will let the staff know 1 hour goes by and still nothing.
