The blta and the tortilla chicken soup. Its the best. But its better to get the bowl the cup is too small

We have been going to this red Robin for approximately six years maybe even more and have never had issues. We are a military family that travels so we were expecting it to be as good as usual. Unfortunately we both got chicken sandwiches my chicken breast was literally dark meat I asked for another chicken breast, (not a whole sandwich, not looking for handouts) second chicken breast was chewy.
