Was the first time me and my daughter went absolutely wonderful service I have never got that kind of service in a restaurant before and I will definitely be back again couldn't ask for a better place to go out to eat at

We came to Dallas/Mansfield area for spring break and came to this Red Robin after a long day with kids. Our server Sarah was pretty awesome. She said to us that she had only been there for 2 weeks and she was great with us all and took time with all our kids (6) and even called them by name!! Great experience and yummy food!
We have been here to this location multiple times the staff is amazing! We decided to have lunch yesterday and yes they were crazy busy but chris was amazing, my son is special needs and tend to stay in his world but with Chris he actually spoke. Chris was so very attentive and made sure that out drjn kk s never went dry, and that my sons apple slices were full. If you go ask for Chris he's completely worth the wait
We had a very special blessing tonight when my 14 yr old daughter and I were there. We ordered the freckled lemonade and Connor explained about the benefits going to a childhood cancer organization. I was taken back and said I was really glad we ordered it, as my 11 year old, Trinity, is currently fighting cancer. Connor and Toby were very accommodating and spoke such caring and encouraging words upon hearing our story. Then as an extra blessing they paid for our meal.
